In the past, board meetings have been open to all members, but as our membership grows, and the amount of business we have to address increases, we’ve decided to change our attendance policy. If you have something you’d like to discuss with the board, or an idea to present, please notify any member of the board ahead of time and we’ll be happy to add your item to the agenda and schedule some time for discussion.
If you have any questions you can post them in the comments, and we’ll answer them as soon as we can.

13. Board meetings shall be open to all members of the society, but the Board may
choose to go in camera at their discretion during portions of meetings.
