This morning EPL was notified that bad weather on the east coast has prevented Sir Salman Rushdie’s flights and subsequent flight from departing. Although all efforts were made to find alternate flights, he’s not able to be in Edmonton today for our Forward Thinking Speaker Series event at the Chateau Lacombe.

We are working with Sir Rushdie’s agent to find an alternate date to host this event and will keep you posted as soon as we have confirmed a date. Your tickets will remain valid for the new date; however if that date doesn’t work for you we will honour a refund of your tickets.

EPL would like to extend our sincere apologies for this inconvenience; we’re just as disappointed as you. Thank you in advance for your patience as we sort through these details. We will be in touch in the next week as a new date is confirmed.
